Update on my life.

I have been sick for 3 days but I am still going to my school job today.  My experience in Superior, Wisc. has been somewhat tumultuous.  I have learned to abstain from gambling in their podunk restaurants and bars, plus I have taken out a few high interest loans that crippled me for awhile.  Then, I met someone who toyed with my heart.  I am now calling the bridges to Wisc the Iron Curtain.  I go to work there now but that's it.  

I like my school job, it is on the edge of town beyond the Bong bridge and it's only 4 hours a day.  It is in Superior.  My teaching license was renewed from Calif. 2/6/2019 and I have to teach 2 more years for a permanent credential.  I can do it in Minnesota or Wisconsin.  I don't want to leave the state because I have a 20 year old son who lives 1 mile away and I see him often.  After losing a child to a heart transplant, it is hard to relocate miles from my son.  But I will look into jobs in Minneapolis, too and L.A.  

I have a new boyfriend but he lives in Colorado and is not moving back to Wisc. til May.  I may go see him over Spring Break.  I am not going to Dubai or West Africa til later in the year.  My son and I are going to see his dad in Liberia.

I want winter to be over.  The high snowbanks and other inconveniences are killing me.  I damaged my car mirror Sunday night trying to maneuver in the alley.  Our school job requires I go outside 2x a day for 90 min total so even if it is 10 degrees, we have to be out there.   The teacher in the autism room calls me Cali girl and teases me about being outside when it's cold.  All 4 now.
