LIfe--the Spirit of that Moment revived

NIghts in white satin---so profound

Being nostalgic vs. firm in moving on.

Not being able to buy that last biscuits and gravy at KJs.

Knowing the truth but overriding it with plausible feelings.

Denying the ultimate of what someone wants vs. not.

Love cannot save you from your fate. - Jim Morrison

We fear violence less than our own pain.  Personal, private solitary pain is more terrifying than what anyone else can inflict.

-Jim Morrison

The reason I reached out was to just recreate an old, secure of feeling of being with you.  In your house, in your arms to just perhaps sitting in a chair and find a puzzle piece.  We all go back to our places where we want to feel safe even if authentic love was not the end game.  We all have an aspect of ourselves to seek out new people who will give us that comfort and create that safe place for that - one who is capable of nuturing and putting their needs second.   Even if it just a fleeting moment of safety, the desire remains and resurfaces.  When we know we are intelligent to move on and not need that person anymore, it is still a soft warm glow like a crispy fire outside in the Fall.  When the cold air whirls around and the fire dances and a spark of the fire warms our face with the advent of winter, it's a supernatural sensation.  The subtle Fall winds are like an aspect of hope that drapes our bodies for the beauty of what is to come.  The wind has a voice, a spirit that captures our heart at that time of year.  Combined with memories, the way he touched my hand or stroked my hair in the dead of night, how firm his body felt next to mine...the satisfaction of shutting my eyes in his arms or making him so pleasured I gave him goose bumps, its not just what I miss, it's in my canon of memories of blood dna that creeps up at different times and melts me in that autumn, nocturnal capsule.  I liked that fact that he was emotional and could relay his thoughts instantly.
