Reader's view: Hoffman will be advocate for students
I enthusiastically support Jane Hoffman’s candidacy for the Duluth School Board. Simply put, she would be an ideal and effective member of your School Board.
Hoffman was a student of mine in our master of arts program at California State University, Northridge. She has a razor-sharp mind, and she possesses a rare passion for political engagement and transformation.
If elected, she will be a tireless advocate for the students and fiscal responsibility. Most importantly, she is a wonderful human being and truly an individual one can work with.
I endorse Jane Hoffman with great enthusiasm and without hesitation.

I am probably going to run for School Board in Duluth Schools again this year. I have to decide to run at large or in my own district.
